川口市青木5-5-36 / Kawaguchi city, Aoki

The main statue is 大聖不動尊坐像 a seated Fudo Myo-O.

The date of the founding is not clear.
A stone monument with the date 1313 is in the compound.
It was revitalized around 1716 by 尊栄法印 Priest Sonei.
The main hall is new and made of concrete.
