埼玉県さいたま市浦和区領家4-20-3 / Saitama city, Urawa district, Ryoke
The main statue is 阿弥陀如来像 Amida Nyorai.
The temple was founded in 830 by 慈覚大師 Priest Ennin.
In the Edo period it was a terakoya 寺小屋 Temple school.
Now it in the compound of 浦和市立木崎小学校 Kisaki primary school in Urawa.
