さいたま市桜区町谷3-11-18 / Saitama city, Sakura ward, Machiya

The main statue is 大日如来 Dainichi Nyorai.
In front of it is a small statue of Fudo Myo-O.

The date of the founding is not clear.
The main hall is rather new.
In the compound is also 薬師堂 a Hall for Yakushi Nyorai.
