川口市飯塚1-15-24 / Kawaguchi city, Izuka

The main statue is 十一面観音 Juichimen Kannon.

This Kannon statue was made by . Gyoki Bosatsu 行基菩薩 (668 - 749) .

The temple was founded in 1516 by 宥光法師 Saint Yuko.
There is also a group of 六地蔵 six Jizo Bosatsu in the compound.

The 最勝院飯塚不動堂 Fudo Hall in the compound.

A priest from 最勝院 the temple Saisho-In from 中伊豆町 Naka-Izu Town came to 箱根の関所 the check point of Hakone.
When he was bitten by a dog in Odawara town, his true features showed - he was a tanuki 狸 badger.
