昔より たつともしらぬ いまくまの ほとけのちかひ あらたなりけり

Located on the sea side of Tsuki no Misaki highland, next to Kamezuka Koen Park.
The temple was founded in 1626 by 念無和尚 Priest Nenmu (? - 1663)from Shiga
on request from 長岡藩主 the Lord of Nagaoka, 牧野忠成 Makino Tadanari (1581 - 1655).
The bemple became the family temple of the Makino clan.
The main statue is 阿彌陀如来 Amida Nyorai.

The 亀塚観音 Kamezuka Kannon Statue is in a special 観音堂 Kannon Hall.

Nearby is
Kamezuka Jinja 亀塚神社 Kamezuka Shrine.

is a children's park in Minato Ward Mita 4-16-20 in Tokyo in Japan.
A literal translation of its name is “turtle tomb park”. It lies on the Tsuki no Misaki plateau. The Japanese temple, Saikai-ji, is next to the park.
